JCJ provided project management services to the PEI Atlantic Baptist Nursing Home for their new state-of-the-art kitchen. 

The staff of the nursing home began making delicious meals for residents from their new kitchen in spring 2019.

charlottetown library learning centre

Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island

JCJ provided general contractor services for Phase 1 of the new Charlottetown Library Learning Centre in downtown Charlottetown, PE in partnership with the Charlottetown Area Development Corporation.

We provided demolition and new construction of life safety services for the new library. The building is known locally as the Dominion Building.

abegweit first nations business centre

Scotchfort, Prince Edward Island

JCJ provided construction management and project management for the new Abegweit First Nations Business Centre located in Scotchfort, PE.

The project will be completed in 2022.

boardwalk

Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island

In 2018, JCJ completed construction on a new boardwalk along Charlottetown’s waterfront along Water Street. The new boardwalk features a pergola, a seating area and treated lumber that needs less future maintenance.
