Past Projects

 Confederation centre of the Arts hired JCJ to be the project & construction manager for their seating, stage & lighting renovations and upgrades to transform the centre to a modern venue 

 Abegweit First Nation hired JCJ to be the owner's representative & construction manager for their state of the art 7,000 sqft  community centre which includes board rooms, offices, commercial kitchen and community event rooms 

 Homburg Developments hired JCJ to be the owners representative & construction manager for their 80 room hotel located in downtown Charlottetown PEI. The project included a underground pedway to the confederation centre of the arts and a restaurant fit up for red water rustic grill 

 Hired by Crombie REIT as a general contractor, JCJ developed a 5 acre parcel of raw land for Crombie REIT, installed all civil UG services and constructed a 12,000 sqft shoppers drug mart in Stratford PEI. 

 Retained by the City of Summerside, JCJ was the owners representative & construction manager to construct 2 NHL size hockey arenas, community centre and aquatic centre 

 Hired by UPEI and the province of PEI to construct the state of the art Atlantic Veterinary College, JCJ was retained as the owners representative & construction manager to construct the over 250,000 sqft facility 

Hired by UPEI to be the owners representative & construction manager, JCJ overseen the construction of 2 NHL size hockey arenas, community centre and Olympic size dual pool aquatic centre.
